For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit financing company. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our financial coordinator. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
If it becomes necessary for our office to bill you for any balance on your account, your statement will reflect a monthly service charge. If you have dental insurance, we will be glad to bill it as a courtesy to you. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. After 45 days from the date of service, you will be responsible for the full balance on your account.
